Sweet Potato Salvage Plate (Clean Fuel)

Ingredients

  • 1 baked white sweet potato (or orange variety)
  • Grass-fed butter (to taste)
  • Tillamook cheese (optional — clean dairy)
  • Raw veggies: carrots, celery, bell pepper, or cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Bake the sweet potato:
  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Bake 45–60 minutes until soft, or microwave 5–7 minutes if in a rush.
  • Dress the potato:
  • Split open and add a small amount of grass-fed butter.
  • Add cheese if using; let it melt.
  • Plate with raw sides:
  • Add carrot sticks, celery, bell pepper strips, or tomatoes.
  • Serve immediately.

Clean Fuel Notes

  • Simple but extremely filling due to stable carbs + fats.
  • Works well when appetite is low but fuel is needed.
  • Optional cheese adds protein and richness without disrupting clean eating.
