This Privacy Policy explains how Recycled Data Servers LLC (DBA Primal Fuel Systems) (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Primal Fuel (the “Service”), including our website and related services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: such as your email address and account identifiers.
  • Purchase & Access Information: plan or pack access status and basic purchase metadata needed to provide access. Payment details are handled by our payment providers (see “Payments” below).
  • Usage Information: basic data about how the Service is used (for example, pages visited and device/browser type). This may include a general region derived from IP (not precise location).
  • Support & Feedback: information you provide when contacting support or sending feedback.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide the Service, including account access and content delivery.
  • Process purchases and confirm access status.
  • Send service messages (for example, purchase confirmations or important updates).
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Respond to support requests.

3. Sharing Information

  • Service Providers: vendors that help operate the Service (for example, payments, hosting, email delivery). They receive only what is necessary to perform their services.
  • Legal Compliance: if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

4. Payments

Payments on our website are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. If we offer purchases through the App Store or Google Play in the future, those purchases are processed by the store under its policies and systems.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your Choices

  • Update account details and manage billing through your account where available.
  • Opt out of non-essential emails using an unsubscribe link (if provided).
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Children’s Privacy

Primal Fuel is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. International Use

The Service is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the U.S. and in other locations where we or our service providers operate.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date.
