  • Usage Data: pages or features accessed, interactions, approximate region, and device/browser type.
  • Support Data: information you provide when you contact support or send feedback.

  • Communicate important updates and service messages.
  • Improve our services and fix issues.

  • Service Providers: such as Stripe (payments), hosting, or analytics tools that help operate our service.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe or by the App Store/Google Play. We do not store your full credit card number. Store purchases follow the refund and policy terms of Apple and Google.

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your Choices

  • Cancel or update membership via your account or by contacting support.
  • Opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link.

Primal Fuel is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data may be processed in the U.S. and other regions where we or our providers operate. Protections are applied consistently.
