Using Primal Fuel
How do I actually use Primal Fuel day to day?
Start on the Welcome page to get oriented, then head into the Mess Hall to try a few clean-fuel recipes. When you’re ready for more variety, unlock Packs that match your life — snacks, drinks, holidays, restaurant ops, and more.
How do I print a recipe?
Open an individual recipe card in the Mess Hall and look for the Print button. Your browser’s print window will open so you can print on paper or save as a PDF.
Can I use Primal Fuel offline?
Primal Fuel is a web app and is designed for online use. Some pages may stay visible if your browser caches them, but you’ll need an internet connection to load new content and sync updates.
Membership & Billing
What do I get with the Founder plan?
Founder is a one-time lifetime license. It includes all current and future packs, seasonal and holiday packs, and add-ons at no extra cost, plus the 14-day money-back guarantee on website purchases.
What do I get with the Charter plan?
Charter is a one-time lifetime license for the core app and included packs, with seasonal/holiday packs free and discounts on other future add-ons. It also includes the 14-day money-back guarantee on website purchases.
What does the Monthly plan include?
Monthly provides subscription access to the core app. Holiday, seasonal, and special packs are sold separately. It includes a short free trial period and you can cancel anytime.
How do refunds work?
Website lifetime purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, refunds follow each store’s own policies.

How do I manage or cancel my membership?
If you subscribed on the web, go to your Account page and use the Manage Billing button to open your secure Stripe customer portal. From there you can update payment details or cancel your plan.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you’ll manage your subscription directly in that store.
Recipe Packs & Content
What are recipe packs?
Packs are themed collections of recipes and guides — for example snacks, drinks, holidays, restaurant ops, or heritage themes. They plug into the same clean-fuel system you sample in the Mess Hall.
Do I keep packs I’ve unlocked?
Yes. Once a pack is unlocked on your account, it stays tied to that account as long as your access to the app remains active under your chosen plan.
How often do you release new content?
New recipes and packs are added over time. When new content goes live, you’ll see it inside the app under Packs or in the Mess Hall. Major pack releases may also be mentioned on the Welcome or Packs pages.
What does “Clean Fuel” mean inside this app?
Primal Fuel focuses on real-world, hormone-conscious food. We work to reduce seed oils, excess sugar, and filler ingredients while keeping meals practical, flavorful, and family-ready.
Tech & Troubleshooting
The Stripe checkout page didn’t load. What should I do?
First, refresh the page and try again. If it still doesn’t load, check your internet connection and try another browser or device. If the issue continues, contact support so we can investigate.
I don’t see the Print button on a recipe.
Make sure you’ve opened an individual recipe card, not just the Mess Hall grid view. If you still don’t see it, update your browser to the latest version and try again on a desktop or modern mobile browser.
Which browsers work best?
For the smoothest experience, we recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox on desktop, or a modern browser on iOS/Android.
