Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Primal Fuel (the “Service”), operated by Recycled Data Servers LLC (DBA Primal Fuel Systems) (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & Access

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Plans, Purchases & Billing

  • Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout and/or on the relevant plan page.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Access, packs, and benefits are defined by what is presented at the time of purchase.
  • Website purchases of lifetime plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • App Store and Google Play purchases (if available) follow their respective store policies.

3. Refunds

  • Website/Stripe: Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Subscription fees are not refunded for partial periods, unless required by law.
  • App Store/Google Play: Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Service or its security.
  • Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, republish, or redistribute Service content.
  • Do not share, sell, or resell your account or access.

5. Content & License

The Service includes recipes, guides, and related written materials (“Content”). We grant you a personal, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Content for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or use the Content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and results. If you have medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we do, we will post the updated Terms here and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
