These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may use Primal Fuel provided by Recycled Data Servers LLC (“Primal Fuel Systems, Primal Fuel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & Access

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Membership Plans & Billing

  • Pricing and benefits are shown at checkout.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • Lifetime plans include the features listed at the time of purchase.
  • Website purchases of lifetime plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • App Store and Google Play purchases follow their respective store policies.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds for website lifetime purchases are available within 14 days of purchase.
  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime but are not refunded for partial months.
  • App Store and Google Play handle their own refunds according to store rules.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful or harmful behavior.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, copy, or disrupt the service.
  • No sharing or reselling your account.

5. Content & License

We grant you a personal, limited license to use Primal Fuel content for your own use. You may not redistribute, republish, or use content for commercial purposes without our permission.

6. Disclaimers

Primal Fuel is provided “as is.” Content is for informational and educational purposes only, not medical or professional advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making nutrition or fitness decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before any claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
