Ingredients
- 1 baked white sweet potato (or orange variety)
- Grass-fed butter (to taste)
- Tillamook cheese (optional — clean dairy)
- Raw veggies: carrots, celery, bell pepper, or cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Bake the sweet potato:
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Bake 45–60 minutes until soft, or microwave 5–7 minutes if in a rush.
- Dress the potato:
- Split open and add a small amount of grass-fed butter.
- Add cheese if using; let it melt.
- Plate with raw sides:
- Add carrot sticks, celery, bell pepper strips, or tomatoes.
- Serve immediately.
