Ingredients

  • 1 baked sweet potato
  • Grass-fed butter
  • 2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Black pepper, oregano, basil
  • Raw veggie sides (e.g., cherry tomatoes)

Instructions

  • Slice open baked sweet potato; add a small amount of butter.
  • Spoon Greek yogurt on top.
  • Sprinkle oregano, basil, and black pepper.
  • Plate with raw veggies.
