Clean Fuel Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4–6 chicken thighs
  • 1–2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • Paprika (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Pat thighs dry; place in dish.
  • Coat with oil + seasoning.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes (165°F internal).
  • Rest 5 minutes before serving.
