Field Flask — ACV Cucumber

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cold filtered water
  • 1 tsp ACV
  • 2 cucumber slices
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Monk fruit to taste

Instructions

  • Fill your bottle:
  • Pour 12 oz cold filtered water into a water bottle or flask.
  • Add the ingredients:
  • Add ACV, cucumber slices, sea salt, and monk fruit.
  • Shake to mix:
  • Seal the lid tightly and shake until everything is blended.
  • Chill:
  • Let it sit in the fridge or with ice for 5–10 minutes so the cucumber flavor infuses.
