Cauli Rice Egg & Veggie Pan

Ingredients
- 1 bag cauliflower rice
- 2–3 cups veggies¹
- 1 onion + garlic
- 1–2 tsp clean oil (Extra virgin olive oil, pure avacado oil)
- 4–6 eggs
- Herbs, Cholula or clean salsa
Instructions
- Cook onion, garlic, and veggies until soft.
- Add cauliflower rice; cook until moisture evaporates.
- Add oil; crack eggs into the pan.
- Fold together until eggs set.
- Season with herbs or salsa.

- Bulk recipe; feeds 3–4 easily.
