Cauli Rice Egg & Veggie Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 bag cauliflower rice
  • 2–3 cups veggies¹
  • 1 onion + garlic
  • 1–2 tsp clean oil (Extra virgin olive oil, pure avacado oil)
  • 4–6 eggs
  • Herbs, Cholula or clean salsa

Instructions

  • Cook onion, garlic, and veggies until soft.
  • Add cauliflower rice; cook until moisture evaporates.
  • Add oil; crack eggs into the pan.
  • Fold together until eggs set.
  • Season with herbs or salsa.

  • Bulk recipe; feeds 3–4 easily.
